When i installed late night. It didn't show feature the city in the pop up menu.Plz answer i'll rate it 10?

It doesn't make any sense. I thought the late night game featured the city & yes, i bought the correct game. Also, i bitterly regret clicking always do this for when downloading files when i was downloading custom content for the game. How do i undo that?. PLZ ANSWER IM SO DESPERATE PLZ WITH A CHERRY ON TOP!. LOL
