Where are we now on this business of people's right to touch whenever it suits them?

Yes, I have a friend who is constantly touching girls' hair. He also has a tendency to walk up to you from directly behind, right in your blind spot. I and other people have told him to give us some personal space, but I definitely agree with your observation. Touching is generally ok, but not if everyone around you is clearly sketched out.
