I'm Conflicted - Should Teacher Be Fired for Alleged "Inappropriate Relationship' with Student 10 Years Ago?

Yes he should be fired. People who take advantage of kids shouldn't be around them, especially being an authority figure over them. Whether it was 10 years ago, 20 years ago, or yesterday is irrelevant. If they had an "inappropriate relationship", they don't belong around kids. Period.
