Milanoo.com question?

I was going to buy something there using western union. I've heard a ton of bad reviews, but I have also heard good ones. So apparently fabric is cheep and whatever, but I do not care about that. All I care about is what it looks like. So my question is will I actually receive my purchase? If I buy something will it come in the mail 30 days latter?
