Why can't everyone see that the republicans are to blame?

My congress does not want to pay the bills. I want to give amnesty to illegal immigrants through the dream act and want to give illegals college benefits. The American people don't deserve the southwest we should give back the whole western united states. We cannot offend mexico. We are the police force of the world. I believe that we can do this. Senior citizens don't need the social security. What do you think?
