Are voters in San Francisco senile?

They re-elected Nancy "We have to pass the bill to find out what is in it. I was not briefed; I was just informed" Pelosi by and even bigger margin than in 2008. Either they're senile or just so bitterly partisan tht they'll even vote for George W. Bush if he became a Democrat.
